Wedding Packages—Your Day, Your Way!
Every bride and groom is different and so are wedding desires. I offer three different “packages” but, quite honestly, everything I do is fine tuned to your specific needs. Whether you are a DYI bride, an “I don’t have a clue where to even begin” bride, or an “I don’t have the time to do much” bride, I’ll work with you and give you “Your Day, Your Way”!
The Best
Starts 30 days before the wedding and includes:
- Walkthrough at your venue 30 days prior to the wedding
- Floor Plan Design based on the Walkthrough
- Timeline Creation
- Minimum of 2 meetings either in person or virtual
- Rehearsal Direction
- 10 Hours of Lead Coordinator Management the day of the wedding
- Vendor communication and coordination weeks prior to the wedding
Prices start at $1500.00
(Travel expenses may be incurred. Weddings over 100 guests must hire a Wedding Coordinator Assistant )
Add On Services:
- Assistant Coordinator for weddings over 100 guests $200.00
- Set Up
- Floral Arrangements Set/Repurpose/Move $300.00
- Centerpieces with more than 3 components $300.00
- Breakdown, Pack, & Secure all decorations $300.00
Simply the Best
Starts 60 days to 6 months before the wedding and includes all of “The Best” plus:
- Help in finding those few vendors you need (I work with and find the very best vendors at very competitive prices)
- The Budget Tracker
- Contract Reviews & Negotiations
- 12 Hours of Lead Coordinator Management the day of the wedding
- Décor set up and breakdown (excludes floral arrangements)
