When you use the contact form on our Contact page, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, and the date and details of your event. We use it only to reply to you and to plan your event. Form messages are delivered to us by email and are stored in our WordPress dashboard. Submissions are checked by anti-spam services (Akismet and CleanTalk), which receive the submitted text, your IP address and browser details to detect spam.

Website statistics
With your consent, we use Jetpack Stats (provided by Automattic) to count visits and see which pages are popular. It does not run until you allow analytics cookies in our cookie banner.

With your permission, we share the event details needed with the vendors you choose (for example your venue, photographer or caterer).

We keep contact form messages and client records for as long as needed to plan your event and meet our legal and tax obligations, and then delete them.
